Light a Candle
Frances R. Bartik nee Kukacka, 93 of North Riverside, formerly Riverside, passed away on October 5, 2013 (one month and one day away from her 94th birthday). She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raymond. She will by dearly missed by her children, Mary Bartik, Michael (Cheryl), Edward (Janice). Raymond (Evonne), and Gregory; grandchildren, David, Roxann (James) Victory, Vicki, Jessica (Andrew) Brummett, Chrissy, Stephanie, James, Eric Romo, and Michael; great-grandchildren, Colin Victory, Erin, Anna, Sarah, and Catherine Brummett.
Frances was a retired Librarian and devoted her life to the library, Catholic Church, many charities, and her family and friends. She inspired those around her to be better people because of how she lived her life. She never spoke negatively of anyone, was constantly concerned about "bothering" people, and would have rather donated $100 to charity than spend $50 on herself. She will be sorely missed, but will live on in all of our hearts every time we do for others.
